• House cleaning: We provide professional house cleaning services, including regular cleanings, residential and office cleaning, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings and special event cleaning.
• Property management: We manage residential and commercial properties, including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, repairs, property inspections, and property sales.
• Home care: We provide both medical and non-medical home care services, such as companionship, light housekeeping, senior home living care and personal care assistance

3. Booking and Payment:

• Bookings for Services can be made through the Website, phone, or email.
• We require a valid credit card or other payment method to be on file at the time of booking
• Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

• We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a Service without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for services already performed.
